The origin of the name
"A characteristic boat of Lake Maggiore "Tri ass" used in ancient times for fishing and transportation. A distinctive sail allowed for comfortable navigation both in sunlight and rain. A protagonist in the 1700s in the rescue of Queen Isabella of Spain, who, in gratitude, granted the civic right of fishing to the inhabitants of Angera."
Family Values in the Restaurant Industry
Born and raised in one of the most famous restaurants in Milan, Marco, the owner, wanted to bring his idea of catering and his values to this beautiful location on Lake Maggiore.
Teachings from his father Italo, a great chef, which, however, are not limited only to good cooking, but, more generally, refer to a way of living and conceiving catering, with the same values of life and family.
For Marco, in fact, the Triass is family, and this is what we want to convey to our customers. A warm environment and a spontaneous atmosphere, where you can enjoy home-cooked and quality cuisine, with the best company. Even our collaborators are family. This is demonstrated by our chefs, always with us since the first day of opening, more than twenty years ago, and all our great staff.
Today Marco manages this restaurant with the help of his family: his wife Paola and sons Andrea and Luca, trying to carry forward and pass on a concept of catering that is based on values and passion.
Values and passion... Indeed, this has been the Triass for over 20 years!
